Individual, couples and group counseling

Support for every chapter of life.

In person in Upper St. Clair or online by secure video, with an integrative approach grounded in DBT and CBT.

For adults

Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions for adults working through anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. Whether it is a change or loss, boundary issues, or struggles with mood or self-esteem, you get a safe space to process it.

Together you'll work on healthy ways to manage what you're facing, and on recognizing that you have more control over your thinking patterns, feelings and behaviors than it may feel like right now.
